Coffee Slush Recipe

I received this from a friend. It is very easy and can be served as a drink or for dessert. I have served it at many parties and gatherings with over whelming approval.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups of french vanilla brewed coffee
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 pints half-and-half or 3 pints fat-free half-and-half
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Pour brewed coffee into a large container or bowl.
  • Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • Stir in half and half and vanilla mix well.
  • Cover and freeze overnight.
  • About a hour before serving remove from freezer.
  • Just before serving chop up for slush.
