Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint pumpkin spice ice cream
  • 2 cups cold coffee
  • 1 cup seltzer water
  • 1/2 cup fresh whipped cream
  • pumpkin pie spice
  • cinnamon stick

Instructions
 

  • Divide ice cream between two glasses. Pour coffee over ice cream followed by seltzer until foam reaches the top.
  • Top with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and a cinnamon stick.
